(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate. -
The candidate, -
(i) should have Passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies or Electronics or Entrepreneurship
and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to the Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and The Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in PCM MHT-CET 2026/ JEE 2026/PERA 2026 and obtained non zero score in the exam conducted by the Competent Authority.
or
(ii) Should have passed minimum three years Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to the Maharashtra State only);
or
(iii) Passed three years Diploma of Vocation (D. Voc.) stream in the same or allied sector
(2) All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates. -
The candidate, -

Provided that preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in Joint Entrance Test (JEE) (Main) Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) over the candidates who obtained non zero score in PCM MHT-CET 2026;

(ii) The candidate should have passed minimum three years Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only);

Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National Candidature Candidate. -
(i) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies or Electronics or Entrepreneurship and obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together;
and
(ii) Any other eligibility conditions and requirements declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
B. Tech. programmes Admissions will be provided purely based on merit of 2026 Examinations of JEE Main/ MHTCET / PERA Score.
