B.Sc. Filmmaking is a 3/4 year academic programme with undergraduate degree which teaches a candidate about major aspect filmmaking. The B.Sc. Filmmaking (Honours) programme provides a comprehensive academic experience for undergraduates, emphasising both quality education and professional competence. Our primary goal is to cultivate creative thinking, critical thinking, aesthetic sensibilities, interpersonal abilities, cultural awareness, artistic expression, technical expertise, and community engagement within the students. These qualities are essential for them to excel in the competitive field of the filmmaking industry.
Minimum 45% aggregate score in 10+2(SSC/ ISC / CBSE / NIOS / State Boards)/Class 12th or equivalent examination from Govt. Approved Institution (Minimum Passing score in case of Reserved Category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only
OR
Diploma in any stream with minimum 60 % marks
Equivalent to 10+2 with 50% marks
Admission will be based on Personal interaction (Online) and Statement of Purpose (SoP)
